New operator controlled 'Leaf Door' option package for 3000/4000

Allianz Sweeper introduces a tough new operator controlled 'Leaf Door' option package on its 3000/4000 mechanical broom street sweeper models.

The 3000/4000 series sweepers are 'hydrostatic drive' type mechanical machines, in three wheel and four wheel configurations.

Allianz's new operator controlled 'Leaf Door' allows easy ingestion of heavy leaf accumulations after the annual leaf-shedding season. This new system from Allianz, features a hydraulically operated lower elevator panel that can be raised or lowered at the touch of a switch. It allows the leaves to enter the elevator without being ploughed ahead. This new option increases sweeper productivity and provides benefits to citizens, drivers and pedestrians, as more fallen foliage can be quickly and safely removed.

New front brush option on its MX 450 and 3000

Allianz Sweeper Company introduces a new front brush option on its MX 450 and 3000 mechanical sweeper models.

The MX450 and 3000 sweepers are 'hydrostatic drive' type, three wheeled, front steering, mechanical machines.

Allianz introduces a new front brush option on its MX 450 and 3000 model sweepers. The robotic brush assembly is 'joy-stick' controlled by the operator and is front mounted on a full sweeper width carriage. The extended reach brush, provides infinitely variable positioning to both right and left sides and front of the sweeper with selectable clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation. With it's 60" additional reach, the full size brush can also be raised and tilted to sweep elevated and sloping areas and is ideally suited for sweeping in narrow alleys, recesses, around posts and obstacles and in tight, hard to reach places that are generally left un-swept.

Allianz / Chalmers front suspension on 3000 model sweepers

A newly designed front fork with dual tires, incorporates an independently suspended "rubber spring" and matched shock absorber system, and eliminates the need for leaf springs resulting in an unparalleled level of comfort and control.

Other important and significant benefits include:

  • Less 'shock impact' on the vehicle's hydraulic and electrical systems and components.
  • Safer and much more comfortable ride for the operator when working and while in transit.
  • With dual front tires, the vehicle can still be safely moved if one front tire goes flat.
  • New style front fork makes tires and wheels much easier to change.
  • Elimination of frame stress with increased hopper loads.
