VT650 Pervious Concrete Test Video
The Allianz VT650 Pure Vacuum Sweeper is put to the test in this video that shows the power of cleaning/clearing pervious concrete. Shown is a section of pervious concrete that has not been maintained for several years, which is about the most difficult scenario faced with pervious mateials - it gets clogged, and is very difficult to clean and clear to allow the pervious material to do what it is designed to do, which is to allow water to permiate and flow through it. This test was a resounding success in regards to the depth of cleaning provided by the VT650. Initially, the portion of pervious concrete the VT650 cleaned/cleared was scheduled to be removed and redone. After the test was evaluated it was unaminous that the VT650 saved the day and there was no need to demolish and be paved again. You will see the end result when the 55 gallons of water is poured on the cleaned/cleared section of pervious concrete and can be seen easily soaking through the pavement as desired.
